How do I track my order?

When your order is shipped, we will send you a confirmation email with the tracking information. You can always track your orders via our dedicated order tracking page.

As a reminder, our partners typically take 1 to 5 business days to process orders. Once the order is processed, you'll receive your shipping confirmation to your email. Please allow up to 72hrs for the shipping label to go live in the shipper's system!

Can I purchase a bottle as a gift?

Of course, as long as the recipient is at least 21! Simply enter the recipient’s shipping information when you are checking out. You can personalize the gift by including a gift message. And don’t worry — pricing won’t be included in the gift package.

Can I purchase a product over the phone?

Yes you can either by email, live chat, phone call or WhatsApp.

What forms of payment do you accept?

Due to online credit risk, we only accept Bitcoin, Zelle, CashApp, and Paypal

Can you hold my shipment until a later date?
